Which Option Is Right if You Think You Have Low Testosterone?
If you think you may have low testosterone, the correct question is not whether to choose steroids or TRT. The first question is whether low testosterone is actually part of the picture.
Symptoms such as fatigue, low mood, reduced libido, erectile changes, poor focus and reduced recovery can overlap with obesity, poor sleep, stress, thyroid issues, insulin resistance and other health problems. That is why testing and interpretation matter.
If low testosterone is confirmed, medically supervised TRT may be appropriate. If it is not, using anabolic steroids to try to feel better is not a rational substitute for proper care.
